Franziska Anne Fundelić

Franziska Anne Fundelić je hrvatska flautistica koja trenutno živi u Helsinkiju u Finskoj.

Trenutno pohađa diplomski studij na Sibelius akademiji pod mentorstvom Petrija Alanka, te je prethodno završila preddiplomski studij na Muzičkoj akademiji u Ljubljani, gdje je studirala kod Mateja Zupana. Franziska je aktivna članica orkestralne scene, a trenutno završava praksu u Helsinškom filharmonijskom orkestru, Simfonijskom orkestru Finske radiotelevizije te u Finskoj nacionalnoj operi i baletu.

Njezina glazbena postignuća prepoznata su kroz brojne nagrade. Nedavno je osvojila petu nagradu na 11. Međunarodnom natjecanju flautista u Kobeu, Japan. Također je dobitnica Prešernove nagrade za glazbena postignuća Muzičke akademije u Ljubljani te je osvojila više od 30 nagrada na međunarodnim i nacionalnim natjecanjima. Višestruko je nagrađivana i priznanjem “Oskar znanja” Ministarstva znanosti i obrazovanja Republike Hrvatske.

Franziska često nastupa kao solistica i komorna glazbenica. Među važnijim nastupima ističu se koncerti sa Simfonijskim orkestrom HRT-a i Simfonijskim orkestrom RTV Slovenije, solo recitali u Hrvatskoj te nastupi u Koncertnoj dvorani Vatroslava Lisinskog u Zagrebu. Također je nastupala s Varaždinskim komornim orkestrom, predstavila se također u sklopu projekta Europske unije “Music is the Highest Revelation” u Kijevu te je bila finalistica hrvatskog izbora za Euroviziju mladih glazbenika.

Njena iskustva kao članica u komornih sastava jednako je raznolik, uključujući suradnje na festivalima poput Musica Nova Helsinki, Festivala Cecilije Damström, itd. Aktivna je glazbenica suvremene glazbene scene u Helsinkiju, a sudjeluje i u projektima koji istražuju eksperimentalnu i igrom vođenu improvizaciju, kao i zvučne instalacije. Posvećena stalnom umjetničkom razvoju, Franziska je pohađala majstorske tečajeve uglednih flautista uključujući Andreu Lieberknecht, Juliena Beaudimenta, Felixa Rengglija, Annu Garzuly-Wahlgren, Silviju Careddu, Ullu Miilmann, Jasmine Choi i druge.

 

 

Franziska Anne Fundelić is a Croatian flutist currently based in Helsinki, Finland.

She is presently pursuing her Master’s studies at the Sibelius Academy under the guidance of Petri Alanko, having previously completed her Bachelor’s degree at the Academy of Music in Ljubljana, where she studied with Matej Zupan. Franziska is an active member of the orchestral scene. She is currently completing internships with the Helsinki Philharmonic Orchestra, the Finnish Radio Symphony Orchestra, and the Finnish National Opera and Ballet. Her musical achievements have been widely recognized through numerous awards. Most recently, she won Fifth Prize at the 11th Kobe International Flute Competition in Japan. She is also a recipient of the Prešeren Award for artistic achievement at the University of Ljubljana’s Academy of Music and has won more than 30 prizes at international and national competitions. Additionally, she has been awarded the “Oskar znanja” distinction multiple times by the Ministry of Science and Education of the Republic of Croatia.

Franziska frequently performs as a soloist and chamber musician. Highlights include performances with the Croatian Radiotelevision Symphony Orchestra (HRT) and the RTV Slovenia Symphony Orchestra, solo recitals in Croatia, and appearances at the Vatroslav Lisinski Concert Hall in Zagreb. She has also performed with the Varaždin Chamber Orchestra, appeared as part of the European Union project Music is the Highest Revelation in Kyiv, and was a finalist in Croatia’s national selection for the Eurovision Young Musicians competition.

Her chamber music experience is equally diverse, including collaborations at festivals such as Musica Nova Helsinki and the Cecilia Damström Festival. She is an active performer on Helsinki’s contemporary music scene and participates in projects exploring experimental and play-based improvisation, as well as sound installations. Committed to continuous artistic growth, Franziska has attended masterclasses with renowned flutists including Andrea Lieberknecht, Julien Beaudiment, Felix Renggli, Anna Garzuly-Wahlgren, Silvia Careddu, Ulla Miilmann, Jasmine Choi, among others.
